• Status: With the previous questions answered the developer can assess what technology, skills, resources & time frame are required to complete the project. At this point the developer either accepts or declines the work, in either case the client is notified.

  • Acceptance: If the developer accepts the work a proposal is drafted and the details are discussed with the client. The developer provides the following:
           The technology and resources that will be used
           Skills that will be utilized
           Description of the end product
           Developmental time frame
           Base cost for said product
           List of available options

  • Agreement: If the developers proposal is accepted by the client then an agreement by verbal or written contract is made (Contractual agreements are for the protection and benefit of both parties involved. Contract type depends on the clients needs, size of the job, cost, resources used and time required).
