Phase Four: Beta Site
Throughout the developmental process there is continued client/developer communications regarding site content, design revisions and project status.

• The second completed draft of the site is on line: Bulk of content
• Additional content is inserted, revised and rerevised
• The client and developer look for any errors in content, design and scripting, test the site for functionality and usability and decide on design revisions
  ! Major revisions at the clients request may result in contract revision, additional cost and time; none of which will incur without prior discussion.

Phase Five: Finalizing

• Site revisions are finalized
• Client is instructed on topics such as: site usability, .asp update interfaces (if applicable), additional site options and host/email accounts
• Client satisfaction assesment is conducted
